What is a Veep?
Veeps are Veepzo's reward units. The current conversion is 100,000 Veeps = €1.
Why is a reward pending?
Some partner activities need confirmation before the reward becomes available. Pending Veeps are visible in your account but cannot be withdrawn until approved.
What happens if I get screened out of a survey?
Survey eligibility is controlled by the survey provider. A screenout usually means your profile did not match that survey's target group or another eligibility condition was not met.
Can a reward be rejected or reversed?
Yes. A provider can reject an activity or reverse a previously credited transaction, for example when validation fails. Veepzo keeps the status in your transaction history and shows a reason when one is provided.
How does PayPal redemption work?
The current PayPal minimum is €15 (1,500,000 Veeps). Eligible requests are reviewed and normally take 4–7 business days after confirmation. Availability and processing can vary.
How old do I need to be?
Veepzo is intended for users aged 18 or older.
