This policy explains the main categories of information Veepzo uses to run accounts, track rewards, prevent abuse, support users and process redemptions.

1. Information you provide

This may include your email address, display name, authentication information, support messages, payout information and information you submit when interacting with Veepzo.

2. Account and technical information

Veepzo may process account identifiers, timestamps, device or installation identifiers, app version, device and operating-system information, security signals and IP-derived or hashed technical data needed for authentication, abuse prevention and service operation.

3. Reward and transaction information

Veepzo stores reward records, provider identifiers, external transaction identifiers, Veeps amounts, timestamps, status changes, rejection or reversal information when available, and payout records.

4. Why information is used

Information is used to provide the app, authenticate accounts, track and validate rewards, process redemption requests, prevent fraud, provide support, communicate important status changes, maintain security and improve reliability.

5. Providers and processors

Veepzo can rely on third-party reward providers, email delivery services, infrastructure providers, authentication services and payout providers. Those parties may process information needed to provide their specific service and may apply their own privacy terms.

6. Survey and offer providers

When you open a third-party survey or reward activity, that provider may collect information directly from you or your device. Veepzo does not control all information collected inside a third-party experience. Review provider notices where shown.

7. Fraud prevention

Technical and transaction information may be used to identify duplicate accounts, suspicious completion patterns, payout abuse and other activity that threatens users or the platform.

8. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably required to operate accounts, meet legal or security needs, resolve disputes, maintain transaction records and prevent abuse. Retention periods may differ by data type.

9. Your choices

You can manage relevant account and notification settings in the app. You can permanently delete your Veepzo account from within the app, or request deletion through our account deletion page if you cannot access the app. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial records or legal obligations.

10. Security

Veepzo uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and transaction information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Age requirement

Veepzo is intended only for users aged 18 or older.
