1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veepzo website, mobile application, rewards features and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, when you earn or redeem rewards, our Reward Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms in your country. Some offers, surveys, games, payout methods or verification processes may have additional eligibility rules. Where a third-party offer imposes stricter eligibility requirements, those requirements also apply.

Unless Veepzo expressly permits otherwise, you may maintain only one personal account. You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for another person or use another person’s identity.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details secure and do not share your account.
• Keep your email and other account information accurate and current.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• We may require verification of your email address, phone number, identity, residency, device, payment destination, source of activity or other eligibility information when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, offer validation, account review or redemption.

4. How the Services work

Veepzo may display opportunities supplied by Veepzo or third-party providers, including games, surveys, app offers and other activities. Each activity may have separate requirements, time limits, eligibility rules and reward values. Availability is not guaranteed and can vary by country, account, device, provider and time.

Third-party websites, apps and offers are operated by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply when you choose to interact with them.

5. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You may use Veepzo only for personal, lawful use. You must not attempt to obtain rewards through abuse or manipulation. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• multiple or duplicate accounts used to gain additional rewards;
• bots, scripts, automation, emulators or technical manipulation intended to fake activity;
• false, misleading or deliberately inconsistent survey/profile information;
• VPN, proxy, location spoofing or device manipulation used to bypass geographic or offer restrictions;
• repeating an offer when its rules permit only one completion;
• tampering with tracking, attribution, referrals or reward records;
• selling, transferring or trading accounts or unredeemed Veeps;
• abusing support, chargeback or dispute processes.

6. Rewards

Rewards are governed in more detail by the Reward Terms. A displayed reward is not guaranteed merely because an offer was opened or attempted. Completion must be validly tracked and, where applicable, confirmed by the relevant provider.

Unredeemed Veeps shown in Veepzo are promotional reward units and are not a bank deposit, stored-value account or cryptocurrency. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, 100,000 Veeps represent €1 of redemption value. They become redeemable only in accordance with the redemption options and requirements displayed in the Services.

7. Review and verification

Veepzo may place an account, reward, activity or redemption under review whenever activity appears unusual, inconsistent, automated, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise presents a reasonable fraud, abuse or security risk. During a review, Veepzo may temporarily suspend the account, restrict access to rewards, delay or block redemptions, limit the use of Veeps and request information reasonably needed to verify identity, eligibility, completion or account ownership. If Veepzo reasonably determines that rewards were obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, a breach of these Terms or a breach of an applicable offer rule, those rewards may be rejected, reversed, cancelled or permanently restricted.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Reward Terms, applicable law or an offer’s rules have been violated; when security is at risk; or when activity indicates suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate participation, account sharing or other misuse. While an investigation is pending, Veepzo may place all or part of the account balance, rewards or redemptions on hold. Where permitted by law, restrictions may remain in place until the review is completed.

You may stop using Veepzo at any time. If account deletion is available, you should redeem any eligible balance before deletion because deletion may make remaining unredeemed rewards unavailable, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Veepzo name, logo, interface, software, visual design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership of Veepzo intellectual property to you.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep Veepzo reliable, but the Services may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Offers may be changed, withdrawn or expire. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veepzo is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that any particular activity, reward or payout method will always be available.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veepzo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, third-party offers or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Consumer rights and governing law

Your mandatory rights under the laws of your country are not affected by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another competent court, that right is unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security requirements or business operations. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date.
